$8000 Buyers Credit…Is time running out?

What does it take to get your $8000,00 !
- The tax credit is for first time buyers.
- The tax credit does not have to be repaid.
- The tax credit is equal to 10 percent of the homes purchase price up to a maximum of $8000.00.
- The credit is currently available for homes purchased on or after December 1, 2009 and before April30, 2010.
- Close escrow by July1, 2010.
- Single taxpayers with incomes up to $125,000.00 amd married couples with incomes up to $225,000.00 qualify for the full tax credit.
